You can recycle your e-waste with Shopee by requesting for 1-to-1 exchange if you buy consumer electrical or electronic products from Fulfilled by Shopee shops. 

You can only request for a 1-to-1 exchange of consumer electrical products or electronics if both these conditions apply:

1. Your orders contain an eligible e-waste product such as a mobile phone or tablet (see the comprehensive list below).
2. The e-waste product has the Fulfilled by Shopee tag.

To submit a request for exchange, fill in the Shopee E-Waste Recycle Programme form. Your request will be evaluated by the Shopee Customer Service team. Once it’s approved, you’ll be informed of a pickup date, different from your order delivery date.

⚠️ Note

1. You will be required to pre-package the items to be exchanged for pickup.
2. There will be no additional charge for this service.

1. Air-conditioners
2. Consumer computers and monitors
3. Consumer lamps
4. Electric mobility devices and batteries
5. Network switches and hubs (with 8 or lesser ports)
6. Mobile phones
7. Portable batteries
8. Printers with a weight of less than 20kg
9. Refrigerators
10. Routers, modems and set-top boxes
11. TVs
12. Washing machines and dryers
