Hotel under Shopee’s Digital Products is a partnership between Shopee and Agoda that enables Shopee users to easily book hotel rooms through the Shopee platform.

How to search and book via Hotel

To search for available hotel rooms, you can go to the Shopee App homepage > select See More under Digital Products > and then choose Hotel. 

Next, enter your preferred Destination (e.g. city name, area, building name) > Select your Check-in/Check-out dates to indicate duration of your stay > choose the number of Room(s) and Guest(s) > and then Search to browse the available hotels based on your criteria. 

You can Sort your search results (e.g. by Popularity, Lowest Price First, Highest Price First, and Top Guest Ratings) or Filter them based on your desired criteria (e.g Guest Review Score, Hotel Star Rating, Hotel Policies, Hotel Facilities and Property Type).

⚠️ Note

1. The maximum duration of stay is 30 nights.
2. Each room must have at least one adult.

Once you’ve decided on a hotel, select the listing to view more details (e.g. hotel facilities, policies) and rooms available in the Hotel Details page. After view details of your preferred room, you can proceed with booking your preferred room > click Book > fill in the information required (main guest information, contact details, special requests) > click Checkout > choose preferred payment method > click Pay Now

⚠️ Note

Each available room type will display information such as bed type and the maximum number of guests per room.

How to check on booking status via Shopee App

To check the status of your booking after successful payment, select View Order Details.  Alternatively, you can go to the Me tab > select Digital Purchases, and then select Travel to find the status of your booking.
